The Stanwell Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) is Queensland’s largest committed battery infrastructure project, designed to support the state’s renewable energy transition. The construction program required swift concrete delivery and large-scale skilled labour support—amid regional equipment shortages and tight scheduling milestones.
We deployed a 36m concrete pump and operator at short notice, overcoming a region-wide plant shortage that threatened delays. Our experienced crew of chippies, steel fixers, and concreters delivered precise and efficient pours for the Tesla Megapack base slab. Through close coordination with FKG Group, we maintained high safety and quality standards throughout the build.
Our rapid response and professional execution led to the early completion of concrete works—two months ahead of schedule—contributing to project momentum and reinforcing clean energy infrastructure timelines. Our proactive involvement solidified our position as a trusted partner in delivering Queensland’s renewable future.
Our success lies in executing projects that not only meet but surpass client expectations. Join us in building a better future.
